It all started in January 2007 when Juuso had an idea to make a demo as a reminiscence of his musical "career".
Severi, who had already been singing in the same bands with Juuso came along to the project.
After a couple of so-called-songs this small project turned into an idea of grouping a real band.
Soon a drummer Hökkis and a guitar player Vellu joined in. After a little while Vellu quit the band.. well.. was removed. In November 2007 Henri Vuorela replaced Vellu.
This was the group that was called Deaf Saint. They had cobbled together three songs and proudly wanted to try their luck in a studio. The outcome: "sometimes that doctrine money just have to be paid".
After the session at the studio Hökkis announced that he´s gonna leave out because of his personal reasons. It was time to start seeking a new drummer.
Some really "talented" guys came to audition but none of them was really that good. They decided to call an old friend, Leksa, who had made a comeback behind the drums.
All they needed now was the bassplayer. After some really hard weeks in June 2008 they found Matti.
The crew was finally complete. After that it was just hard training and in January 2009 the first set was ready and now Deaf Saint is looking for gigs.
